It has become tradition that we have our all-staff welcome back celebration at Meskwaki Casino. One of the most-talked about aspects of the day's events is the All-You-Can-Eat Buffet that we treat all staff members to for lunch. Like many school districts, we used to do sandwiches, chips, pops, etc. for the all-staff lunch. While I have nothing against the traditional staff lunches, there is something special and memorable about having the opportunity to eat with colleagues in one of the largest buffets in the state of Iowa. The feedback is that this is something our employees love...so we plan to continue this tradition for years to come!
