It's not every day one of your alumni gets inducted into the Iowa High School Football Hall of Fame. And when it does, don't let a special opportunity slip through your fingertips. This may be common sense, but any time one of your alumni is awarded a big-time award, always try to make sure someone from your district is present. Not only will this mean a lot to the family, it also presents a great photo opportunity. Not every time and location for an awards ceremony is ideal...but if you can work it into your schedule definitely show up and make the moment extra-special.
