There is nothing that says "Iowa winter" like a hot bowl of chili. And there's nothing that will get a staff together quicker than a good old fashioned chili cook off. We brought our staff together for lunch and asked for people to bring a crockpot full of their favorite chili recipe. To make the competition extra fierce, we created a Chili Cook Off traveling trophy and offered a cash prize for the winner!
