Anyone who comes into my office knows that I always have food available for any of our meetings or even for short visits. It may not seem like a big deal, but you would not believe how many staff members look forward to digging into my candy dishes...especially at the end of a long day. And when I travel out to the buildings for a meeting I usually try to bring the candy with me. I find that Sam's Club and Amazon are great places to stock up...or Walmart especially the day after a holiday! For our leadership and mid-sized meetings meetings, I almost always to try to have something for our team members to eat. And for whole-staff meetings of the first questions we answer is "what are we going to have for food?!"  I've found that a small gesture such as offering food can go a long ways when it comes to having productive and positive meetings.
