Winter and summer breaks staff are great...but staff always need something for their kids to do. Talk to your local theatre to come up with a "staff appreciation movie" for kids, grandkids, and spouses. Local theaters are known for giving special discounts to for these types of occasions. The feedback from our first winter break showing was overwhelmingly positive so we immediately lined up a summer event!
